Joe Fish was founded by Ronald LeBreton, a New England native with over 40 years of restaurant and business experience. Ron retired in 2018 and passed down ownership of the restaurant to Richard Graziadei and Delia Zarate-Martinez. While retired, Ron remains involved with the restaurant and together with Rich, Delia, Ronfelio (our Kitchen Manager), and Bethany (our famous bartender) the team continues to bring “a little bit of New England” to North Carolina.
